10. Consequential Damages Exclusion

Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, we shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of nature, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

11. Force Majeure Provisions

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, power failures, Internet outages, or government actions. In such events, our performance obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that:
